Day 6 - individual lineout skills. Good one today for those in U14s moving up to U15 age group (in the UK) next year when you start lifting and jumping properly in the lineout. Very simple aspects of your game to practice, but ones that if you do make them better will have a positive impact on your performance.
Make sure you go back through these practices regularly so you’re covering the wide range of skills shown in these videos. Keep positive, use the silver lining of this time... the opportunity to improve skills you otherwise wouldn’t!
