Beckenham Ladies 1XV is a friendly yet competitive team in the Championship 1 South league (the second tier of women's rugby in England) for third year going into the 24/25 season.

Rugby is a sport for all shapes and sizes! At Beckenham we pride ourselves on welcoming all new players, from complete beginners to the more experienced looking for a challenge.

We've been lucky enough to attract some awesome players as they've relocated to London, but also have a tradition of developing people through the girls teams and training up those who've never played. With a welcoming social side, we recommend you come down and give it a go!

The team trains every Tuesday and Thursday 7.30-9.00pm throughout the rugby season, and matches are played on Sundays (or occasionally Saturdays). With our excellent coaches, training is fun and includes a variety of activities. It's accessible to ANY level of experience, whether you have played before or not. So whatever shape, size, age or ability would be great to see you.
