Yes we had 18 players turn up for todays run and they were joined by Coach Chris , Johnny Palmer , Amanda Maskell [ who had already run 13 miles in the morning !!!! ] Matty Knights and myself.

We left the club in groups of 3 which soon ended up as Groups of more than 10 !!
Each player had his own personal goal , whether it was to do a sub 50 minute time or merely to finish it , and to you all I congratulate you on a fantastic performance .
To Dan Maskell who came in first all the way down to Max and Joe who came in to the applause and tunnel of the other 16 players , A fantastic performance and I hope you are all justly proud of your selves.

A big thank you to family Masons for supplying much needed liquid and chocolate bars half way round , it was much needed especially by me..

Now the hard bit , in short I need your Sponsorship in Urgently as we need to pay for the Kits ASAP.

As we have said the minimum we need is £25.00 per player but the more you can raise the better as ALL the funds raised will go directly to this squad of players.

So if you have pledged money either for the Car Washing or for todays Fun Run , can you get it to me ASAP.

I know many of you could not do the run today which I understand , but I also believe you have done fundraising in other ways , so please get me the funds and let me know what you did to raise the money.

Can you please bring your sponsorship to tomorrows match or to training on Tuesday please ?
