A reminder to all current players at u17-u18 age groups (Years 12 & 13). Numbers have been good to date and will increase over the next few weeks. The coaching team led by Head Coach Conrad Bool are focusing on handling, support & fitness with good variety and appropriate repetitions.

If you have not yet been down, try and make it as you will benefit once the season kicks off.
