Senior Men On Form Last Saturday

Last Saturday saw the senior men get a second clean sweep across the board.

The 1XV travelled to Dartfordians, and in a tight game took the win in the last play of the game from the boot of top points scorer in the league, Lewis Bunton. Strong games from Tom Ward (MOTM) & Fran Pennacchia (scoring the first try), and a welcome return to the team sheet for Matt Shillabeer (second row) who took some time out last season. Skipper Rich Keefe leading the team to their 4th win from 5, and looking for a bigger performance this Saturday at home in round 6 v Gravesend.

The 2XV played a solid Gravesend side at home, but under the leadership of co captains Graham Murray, Cian Tookey and Rhys Roberts the 2s came out very much in control. Winning 34-17. MOTM was academy graduate Dejuan Hogan.

The 4XV put out a strong side with Danny Fealey at the helm. The team looking similar to the 1s from about 8-10 years ago, which saw them take a big win against Guys hospital 49-19.
MOTM was Ben Whiting.

Sadly the 3XV had no game due to oppo withdrawing their team from the league. Back in action this Saturday though, home to East Peckham and Paddock Wood.
