3rd video in our series of skills you can do in a small area to keep you ticking over in these trying times. I wouldn’t call myself an expert kicker, but let’s all improve all together.
I hope you’ve given the previous skills practices a go and will continue to do so, these can all be done with a football or a rugby ball of any size. Today’s practices are easier with a football so if you have access to both, start with that before moving onto a rugby ball.
